Yoga/Movement

Creating space in your body is important to maintaining good health and mobility as we age.  Thru dance and swimming in my younger years,  yoga in my 50’s, I have engaged my spine and limbs into supporting me.

I am a certified yoga teacher who practices 5 days a week.  I enjoy bringing the art of the east to all but especially seniors like myself.
