This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. The site is operated for Christa Hughes, an Affiliate Broker with Compass RE, a licensed real estate brokerage.

What we collect

When you send a form, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, and details such as a property address, price range, timeline or message.

Like most websites, the hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. If a spam check appears on a form, it is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How it is used

• To respond to your request and provide real estate services you ask about.
• To contact you by phone, text message or email about your request.
• To keep records required of a licensed real estate professional.

Your information may be shared with Compass RE as Christa’s brokerage and with service providers that host this site, deliver email and send Christa a text alert about each new form, only as needed to provide those services. Your information is not sold. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing.

Text messages

If you give a mobile number, you agree that Christa may text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, or tell Christa in any words, to stop texts. Consent is not a condition of buying or selling a home.

How long it is kept and how it is protected

Form messages are delivered to Christa’s email, with a short text alert to her phone, and kept as long as needed for the purposes above and for record keeping. The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and does not store form submissions in a public database.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent, or ask not to be contacted, by emailing hugheschristag@gmail.com or calling 615-525-5810.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as Compass listing pages, Zillow and map directions. Their privacy practices are their own.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

Listing information and fair housing

Listing information comes from Realtracs through Compass RE and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Christa Hughes is committed to the Fair Housing Act and equal opportunity in housing.
